How we handle what you give us on this page. Last updated 25 September 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your country and a message. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is taken automatically beyond the two technical items below.

• Your browser's user agent string, which tells us roughly what kind of device scanned the code.
• A one way hash of your IP address. We keep the hash rather than the address itself, and we use it only to stop the form being flooded and to count how many different people scanned the code. It cannot be turned back into your IP address.

When the page loads we also note the time and which code was scanned (the sticker on the car, or a flyer), so we can tell how many people looked at the car against how many wrote to us. That count holds nothing that identifies you.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you about the car, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not share it with anyone outside VOLARE, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If you ask a question, a person answers it.

Where it is kept

In a database on our own hosting, and in the mailbox that receives the notification when you register. It is not sent to any advertising network or analytics service. There are no tracking cookies on this page, and no third party scripts of any kind.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear you are no longer interested. Ask and it goes, with no argument and no retention period to wait out.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete all of it. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain.
